Event Description

"Opera Ballet in the City" featuring Bellevue City Opera and Ballet Bellevue, the two divisions of this new treasure for Bellevue.

Live music is performed by Orchestra Bellevue (Music Director/Conductor:  Philip Tschopp).  Opera aficionados and baletomanes alike will be delighted with this production including arias from Faure, Mascagni and Debussy, classical ballet from Paquita, contemporary ballet by Jennifer Porter to music of Philip Glass, highlights of The Fairy Queen, and a preview of the company's first opera, The Marriage of Figaro, coming in August 2015.
