Event Description

My Gym Bellevue is offering a self-defense and bullying prevention clinic for children 5 years and older. We are also inviting the grown-ups to learn alongside their child.

- For children 5 years and older.
- Learn self-defense through a fun and energetic way.
- Build self-confidence.
- Positive and encouraging environment to learn and practice.
- Clinic will be taught by Teacher Patrick who is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has been training for over 20 years.

This event will fill up fast! To attend, you must register in advance. Open to members and non-members.
