Todd Britsch, Regional Director of Metrostudy, joins us to provide information on the State of the Puget Sound Real Estate Market. Todd's talk will include insightful information related to the market, both now and moving forward. Real estate markets are always local and Todd is one of the best sources of information in our industry. Todd Britsch started his real estate career gathering data for Real Vision Information Services in 1986 which went on to become New Home Trends Inc., the regions leading new construction data provider. In 2005 Todd became a principal owner and President of New Home Trends Inc. Todd has spent the better part of the last 16 years creating custom reporting services and consulting for industry leaders.

In 2014 New Home Trends Inc was acquired by Metrostudy. Metrostudy expertise runs the spectrum from local and national housing analysis, economic analysis and unparalleled insights into the housing market, commercial construction, real estate oriented consumer patterns and influencing factors for building product manufacturers. Todd has remained with the company as the Regional Director overseeing Seattle and Portland services.
