Over the Rainbow Tea Bar (OTR) opened with the intention of bringing the special taste of Guangzhou’s bubble tea (or boba tea/pearl tea) to Washington. Our name came from the song, “Over the Rainbow,” which symbolizes optimism. What better way to represent Seattle’s weather than with a rainbow? Whether you’re visiting our store for the first time or the hundredth time, you’ll find that our Renton and Bellevue bubble tea shops have a unique and cozy vibe that takes handcrafted perfection to a new level.
