Spring has sprung and that means that Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill at Bellevue Square is introducing a new seasonal menu--Flavors of Spring--with items rife in flavor and varied in nature.

"We're excited to announce our spring menu as it contains fresh new offerings that are sure to appeal to everyone," said Executive Chef Oswaldo Nunez. "Our emphasis is bold flavors and satisfying items that utilize fresh ingredients of the season."

Available from March 22 to June 5, lunchtime items include chipotle sautéed lobster tacos and a chicken & goat cheese salad. Dinner offerings include a cast-iron pork tenderloin and aged choice beef tenderloin topped with a fresh lobster medallion and drizzled with chipotle béarnaise.

Dinner and lunch menus feature fresh citrus-glazed Mahi-Mahi and smoked chicken pasta rolls. Available for dessert are freshly made mission fig beignets dusted with powdered sugar and served warm with raspberry sauce, crème Anglaise, cinnamon ice cream and fresh berries. Items range from $6.95 to $26.95.

The Spring drink menu showcases a round-up of four cocktails, all made with Chambord Vodka: Skinny Raspberry Lemonade, Skinny In Pink Margarita, Raspberry Lemon Drop 'Tini and Chambord Ginger Cosmo all priced at $8.50.
