The 2011 Eastside Heritage Center's Bellevue Strawberry Festival was a huge success, with beautiful weather and well over 40,000 people in attendance. The annual 2-day family-oriented, historic community event heraled the start of summer festivities in Bellevue. Festival participants enjoyed fresh strawberry shortcake, live entertainment, heritage exhibits, family fun activities, food and vendor booths and a Classic Auto Show.

The Bellevue Strawberry Festival was honored to be a Seafair Sanctioned Community Event for the first time this year and had a Seafair hydroplane on display throughout the weekend, which drew a lot of interest especially the little ones.
