Famed Italian restaurant Il Terrazzo Carmine plans to open a restaurant called simply Carmine's at Bellevue Downtown Park in Spring 2016.
Carmine's will be located at 88 102nd Ave NE and sit directly across from Bellevue Downtown Park, straddling between Bellevue's downtown core and Old Bellevue. The new Italian eatery will be within a stone's throw of recent comer 99 Park restaurant, which opened last August.
