The two-phase residential project is a joint venture between Beijing-based Create World Group and Seattle-based Daniels Real Estate. The first phase, which broke ground last week, is the six-story, 162-unit rental apartment building on the mostly empty lot along NE 103rd Ave. The Mirador's second phase is a 17-story, 120-unit condominium tower.
Preliminary amenities for the Mirador will include floor to ceiling windows, high-end finishes, fitness center, movie room, community room with dining, deck top garden, dog park, generous parking and more.
The Mirador is the first of two residential projects being built along NE 10th Street. In June, we reported that Continental Properties plans to redevelop the Sumiyoshi Apartments., located at the west end of NE 10th Street at 100th Ave NE, into a new 5-story, 135-unit all residential building beginning summer 2016.
