Bellevue.com

The 2015 Men's World Squash Championship is in full swing in Bellevue, WA. This is the first ever that a World Squash Championship is played in the US and right here in Bellevue at Meydenbauer Center. The week-long squash championship event started on November 13 and will end with the Championship match at 4PM on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

We dropped by one evening and witnessed first-hand this intimate, fast-paced racket sport played in a luminous glass court. The match was between defending champion Ramy Ashour (#5 World Rank, dark top) and Mazen Hesham (#32 World Rank). Ashour won the match handedly 11-5, 11-9, 11-7.
