The new downtown high-rise will have 157 residential units and approximately 900 square feet of commercial space. Five levels of underground parking will provide space for 211 vehicles. The project site is a half-acre mid-block at 888 108th Ave NE, right across the street from the 929 Office Tower--which already landed Salesforce.com as it first tenant--that's wrapping up construction in downtown Bellevue and the new Hilton Garden Inn that's currently under construction.

The overall form of the new downtown tower is organized to take advantage of territorial view corridors between the neighboring buildings. This will be expressed by the slightly angled and protruding multi-storied bays higher up on the building along 108th Avenue NE. The roof will be used as a residential gathering/amenity area with interior public rooms and a variety of outdoor spaces.

The project is headed by local real estate developer CD Heritage.
