Centre 425 is one of three new office towers under construction in downtown Bellevue. But it's no ordinary office tower. The 16-story 360,000 square foot Class A office tower will have Bellevue's first-of-its-kind rooftop conference and hospitality center with indoor and outdoor spaces. Called the Vue, the rooftop conference center will be for the use of the tower's office tenants.

Centre 425 is located at 425 106th Ave NE at NE 4th Street and flanked by Bellevue Towers on the east and the new Lincoln Sq expansion on the west. If the address sounds familiar to you, it's because Bank of America operated a branch at the same site before construction. The new downtown office tower is scheduled to be completed in late 2016 and Bank of America will be among its first tenants occupying most of the available 8,750 square feet of retail space on the first floor. A high-end coffee shop is planned for the remaining retail space.

In addition to the retail space, the first floor--dubbed the Exchange--will also have a communal work space with a variety of meeting rooms and "third-workplace" spaces built into the common area.
