Bellevue Beat | Su Development to add a third high-rise to Bellevue's Ashwood District
Su Development wants to build a 23-story apartment tower and an adjacent seven-story building across from its two existing towers the 989 Elements and Elements Too in Ashwood District.
The project site is located at 1021 112th Ave NE in downtown's Ashwood District where Puget Sound Blood Center is located today.
Early design review documents show the new 11210 Tower complex will comprise of one high-rise residential tower at 23 stories connected to a 9-story mid-rise residential tower. Both towers will have a total of 258 units, two levels of retail (approximately 15,000sf) and five levels of underground parking with some 439 spaces.
Construction is schedule to begin in spring 2017.
