Bellevue Beat | How we landed a coveted SoulCycle swag bag?

Bellevue.com

Get a jumpstart on your New Year resolutions Bellevue! SoulCycle, the country's premier full-body indoor cycling and lifestyle brand, is opening its first Pacific Northwest location in downtown Bellevue on Friday, January 20. The 3,500-sf SoulCycle Bellevue studio is located in Lincoln Square Expansion at 500 Bellevue Way NE.

The new SoulCycle Bellevue studio will mark the 70th location for the company when it opens in January and will house 62 bikes, an expansive lifestyle boutique selling SoulCycle's original performance and athleisure clothing collections. Additional rider amenities include full men's and women's locker rooms with four showers each, and multiple restrooms.

SoulCycle classes ($28 per class; no membership required) are held in candlelit studios, making riders feel like they are partying in a healthy nightclub. The SoulCycle brand experience is high energy, results-oriented and community based. SoulCycle riders engage in high intensity cardio (burning between 500-700 calories in 45-minutes), while also toning their upper bodies using hand weights and core-engaging choreography. The exercise program focuses on rhythm and the "energy of the pack," which creates a strong bond between riders.

SoulCycle is the destination where you take a journey, change your body and find your soul.

About the coveted SoulCycle swag bag. The bag (quite possibly the first one spotted in the PNW) was a gift from SoulCycle Director of Public Relations Becky Katz. Becky is in town for a few days to check in on the construction of the Bellevue studio. We synced up with Becky over coffee and chatted about the upcoming Bellevue studio. Thank you, Becky.
