New sign of life at Paul Choi's new concept high-end Chinese restaurant in Old Bellevue. The new restaurant is called Peony.
We spotted new signs outside the restaurant over the weekend and grabbed some photos through the windows. The new Chinese restaurant is located at The Meyden Apartments on Main Street in Old Bellevue, adjacent to Monsoon East.
The restaurant appears to be larger in square footage compared to Monsoon East.
Paul Choi is the restaurateur behind Sushi Maru.
