The owner of the Factoria Mall has submitted a master development plan for the Marketplace at Factoria. The proposal incorporates new multi-family residential complex, new hotel, new retail, new open air shopping connection through the existing mall, new and relocated anchor retail stores and pedestrian improvements to the existing 525,948-sf facilities and 43-acre site.

The project is to be developed in phases. Phase I is anticipated to start construction during Spring 2019 and will include a seven-story, 331-apartment complex in the northwest corner of the shopping center where Novilhos Brazilian Steak House and Bright Now! Dental are currently located.

The property currently has approximately 2,549 parking stalls. At full buildout of the MDP, 3,718 parking stalls are expected. Approximately 2,883 total parking spaces are expected at the completion of Phase I.

The Marketplace at Factoria shopping center site is bounded by 124th Ave SE to the west, SE 38th St to the north, Factoria Blvd to the east and SE 41st Pl to the south.

Bellevue-based T-Mobile has renewed a lease for 882,000-sf of space at the company's headquarters located in Factoria as it is prepping for a major campus renovation that will have food truck court, pop-up retail and more.
