+ The first 600' tower in downtown Bellevue

The 10-story office building, located at 600 108th Ave and adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center, features an updated lobby, 3-level above-ground parking garage, tenant lounge, deli, secured bicycle storage and shower/locker facilities.

The seller, Equity Commonwealth of Chicago, previously submitted a master development plan for the 3.5-acre property that included a 435-foot tall 41-story hotel tower and a slightly taller 34-story office tower with a retail podium. This would replace the above-ground parking garage adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center.

In early April, Amazon officially announced that it will move several thousands Seattle operations jobs to Bellevue in the coming years. With up to four 600' office towers coming to downtown Bellevue in 2023 and 2024, it's very likely that Amazon will claim them for its growing Bellevue presence.
