Molly Moon's announces the company will open its biggest scoop shop and ice cream kitchen in downtown Bellevue in spring 2020. The Bellevue flagship shop will offer ice cream fans the best view of the chefs' ice cream making process from churning ice cream to cooking down caramel sauce to baking brownies and rolling waffle cones.

The new Bellevue ice cream kitchen is located just south of Bellevue Downtown Park at Park 88 Residences, home to Carmines and Third Culture Coffee and nearby Main Street in Old Bellevue.

Molly Moon's opened its first Bellevue shop in July 2019--a 200-sf walk-up scoop shop--in the former space of Fumie's Gold located across from the Inspiration Playground at Downtown Park.
