Kemper Development Company, owner of The Bellevue Collection, has submitted plans to expand its luxury offering in downtown Bellevue.
The nearly 2 million square-foot mixed-used luxury development, called The Bellevue, will be an all encompassing 5-star destination, featuring luxe retail and dining, residential, hospitality and a premier health & wellness resort.
Highlights of The Bellevue four-tower luxury destination include:
- Over 140,000 sf of Extraordinary Shopping & Dining
- 160 room 5-Star Hotel
- 234 Luxury Residences
- A Premier Urban Resort for Health & Well-being
The Bellevue four towers will range up to 25 stories, varying in height from 170 feet to 300 feet. Other key features include a central glass atrium with commercial and restaurant space. The atrium will have a vehicle drop-off roundabout with access from NE 4th Street. It will also have six levels of underground parking for up to 1,700 vehicles.
No word yet on the project cost or timeline according to PSBJ which first reported this story.
The project site for The Bellevue will be located at the parking garage south of the Macy's store and across from Downtown Park to the south and Lincoln Square South to the west.
