Snapchat is the latest company to follow other tech companies with Bellevue offices. According to PSBJ, Snapchat recently leased a 76,847-sf office space at the Mid Station building in downtown Bellevue.
The Mid Station building was recently rebranded from 110 Atrium and is located at 110 110th Avenue NE and NE 2nd Street. Prior names for the building included Quantum and Trulia Center.
With this lease, Snapchat is following a pattern of tech companies looking to Bellevue to expand their regional hubs in Puget Sound. Snapchat could accommodate approximately 190 to 250 talents in the Bellevue office. Employee estimates are based on the 2014 King County Buildable Lands Report, and assumes approximately 300 to 400-sf per employee in the Bellevue Urban Center.
