Bellevue Beat | Italian-American restaurant Pinstripes to open at Bellevue's tallest office tower

Pinstripes, an Italian-American restaurant and entertainment brand, picks Bellevue for its first restaurant in Washington. According to PSBJ, which first reported the news, Pinstripes will make its Northwest debut in downtown Bellevue at the brand new 555 Tower.

Pinstripes will take over the entire retail pavilion at 555 Tower, which stands as Bellevue's tallest skyscraper at 600 feet. The two-level, 21,000-sf Pinstripes Bellevue restaurant and entertainment destination is scheduled to open in mid-2024 and expects to host 1,000 corporate and social events in its first year in operation.

Pinstripes is a unique restaurant group that was born in Chicago, IL and known for its made-from-scratch food, from wood-fired pizza and seasonal gelato, in addition to its bowling lanes, bocce courts and outdoor seating. Pinstripes offers bowling and bocce at all its restaurants. The company currently has 14 restaurants across the country and plans to add additional Washington locations.

Amazon has leased 555 Tower and recently finished interior construction for 19 floors of the 42-story tower and moved 1,000 employees there.
