Bellevue.com

Upscale restaurant group Chubby Cattle International is set to enhance Bellevue’s culinary scene with the introduction of Wagyu House. Occupying the former Din Tai Fung location on the second floor of Lincoln Square, this 6,685-square-foot space will soon be a haven for wagyu enthusiasts.

A Gourmet Experience: Chubby Cattle’s Wagyu House promises an opulent dining experience, complete with food conveyor belts, robot servers, and a luxurious design. The Wagyu House concept offers all-you-can-eat wagyu hot pot, Japanese barbecue, and a la carte items. In addition, there are chef’s tasting menus, starting at $188, and culminating in the extravagant $999 premium seafood menu, which includes three main courses and eight hot pot items such as wagyu beef tripe, shrimp paste with bamboo fungus and boneless duck flipper.

Innovative Dining: Set to open in December, Wagyu House is a testament to Chubby Cattle International’s innovative approach to dining, which has seen the group expand to 20 restaurants across seven states since its inception in 2014, with ambitions to reach 50 by year’s end.

Din Tai Fung’s New Chapter: As Din Tai Fung transitions to a more spacious ground-floor venue in the former space of Maggiano's, opening this Tuesday, Wagyu House prepares to fill the void with its all-you-can-eat wagyu hot pot and Japanese barbecue offerings, further establishing Bellevue as a gastronomic destination.
