Exciting news for food lovers in Bellevue!
A new Japanese food hall eyes Crossroads Bellevue for a new home, transforming the former Bed Bath & Beyond space into a vibrant culinary destination. The 24,385 sq. ft. vacant retail space will be revamped into a 20,727 sq. ft. Japanese food hall featuring multiple food kiosks, two major restaurants, a bar, and 3,658 sq. ft. of retail improvements.
According to Bellevue permit records, the new Bellevue food hall, called Wano Kuni Eats, aims to provide a modern Asian identity with facade improvements, including an LED media wall with slow-moving graphics at the pedestrian level. This new addition will bring a unique Japanese cultural experience to Bellevue.
The records do not say who would operate the food hall or when construction is expected to start.
Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
