IBT's The Nutcracker is more than a simple ballet production. It is an event of enchantment and wonder that not only brings the whole family together but imbues the heart of each audience member with the magic of Christmas. Our production is a spectacle of world-renowned talent and exquisite hand-made costumes and sets. Blended with the pure talent and passion of IBT company members, The Nutcracker comes alive like never before. With a vibrant cast of delightful and charming characters--including exotic Arabian dancers, a fierce battle scene with lifelike cavalry, soldiers and mice, elegant corps de ballet snowflakes, and of course the beautiful ballerina, Clara, and her handsome prince--this exquisitely staged ballet is the perfect gift to share with your family and friends.

Children will laugh with joy at the comedic antics of Uncle Drosselmeyer, and the beauty of the Sugar Plum Fairy, everyone will cheer for the Nutcracker as he battles with the Mouse King, and Clara will dream of her handsome prince and share flavorful treats from around the world, each represented by dancers and music from variety of cultures.
