Julie O'Brien, Firefly Kitchen's co-founder and author of the new cookbook, "Fresh & Fermented," will demonstrate how to make your own sauerkraut. She will share samples from their kitchens and discuss the health benefits of mixing fermented foods with fresh foods for fabulous meals. Her new book, "Fresh & Fermented" will be available for purchase & signing.
