Event Description

Competition rules:
1. The prepared dish must be an appetizer or an entrée.
2. All of the below ingredients must be used in the dish and Judge must be able to taste it.
3. The ingredients are to be re-purposed somehow and not just plated as is.
4. There should be a minimum of 4 ingredients in the basket but no more than 5 ingredients as listed below -
1. Mango
2. Coconut milk
3. Dates
4. Pasilla peppers
5. Chicken breast or thigh meat (Non option) / Paneer or Tofu (veg option)

Criteria for judging -
1. Presentation
2. Creativity
3. Use of ingredients
4. The Dish should be prepared for 6-8 people. (Please get your plate for plating your dish for the Judge.)

Prizes:
Winner will receive a gift hamper and the winning recipe will be served at The Guilt Trip restaurant with the winner’s name.

1st runners up: $50 Gift certificate
2nd Runners up : $30 Gift certificate
