Join us for the 2nd annual month long “SHUCK-A-THON” celebrating the oyster! Our menus will change weekly with unique items featured during lunch, dinner and happy hour. Beverage pairings, oyster shucking classes and competitions, special events and more.

 

OYSTER MADNESS -- MENU HIGHLIGHTS:

• Broiled Pacific oysters fresh herb butter and cracked pepper
• Baked oysters "DuPont" Dungeness crab, feta, garlic and capers
• Oyster Shooter six-pack Demetri's Bloody Mary, bacon salt, Grey Goose option
• Oyster Po Boy Sandwich toasted Macrina Brioche, spicy remoulade, pickles & fries - lunch only
• Crispy Fried Oysters seasoned corn meal flour, house-made slaw, tangy tartar
• Parmesan Baked Oysters garlic-herb butter, seasoned breadcrumbs
• Local 1/2 Shell Oysters shucked to order, champagne mignonette, served over ice
• Oyster Sampler
• Shellfish Sampler 1/2 shell oysters, jumbo gulf shrimp, fresh Dungeness crab, house-made dipping sauces

 

Stay tuned for more information about FREE OYSTER FRIDAY’S on Friday, March 9th, 16th and 23rd (restrictions apply; after 3pm in the lounge only while they last!) which showcases the finest oysters from the Pacific Northwest and perfectly matched beverage pairings from Stella Artois, Casamigos, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and of course, sparkling wine and champagne options.

 

 

Events throughout the month will also include a charitable component that will benefit the Puget Sound Restoration Fund which restores oysters, abalone, kelp and other marine resources in Puget Sound.

 

Sadly, we lost a true Pacific Northwest oyster legend this past year in Jon Rowley. In honor of Jon, Pearl, along with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Pacific Seafood, will donate a portion of the proceeds from Oyster Madness in his name to the Puget Sound Restoration Fund; all aimed at maintaining a healthy ecosystem that supports human habitation along this wonderful coast of ours.
