Event Description

Fellow REIA Member Mark Shuler joins us to discuss Market Cycles and Market Timing!

The Puget Sound Real Estate Market started changing in 2018 and continues to slowly decline. Can investors make money in a market sliding downward from its peak? Do we need to temper some of our investing activities until we hit the bottom of this cycle? Or is now the best time to invest because the market is adjusting?

Learning to ascertain market cycles and the related market timing can be a key to maximizing profits or keep you from learning a very financially painful lesson. Whether we are emerging from a bubble or approaching the top of the market, knowing the market’s phases and warning signs is essential.

Mark will discuss the current cycle in the Puget Sound market, how to utilize that information in your deals and how he applies his knowledge to his property purchases.
