Come celebrate the opening of our new Downtown Bellevue studio with us! All are welcome to attend. Come meet our new staff, mingle with the entire ZenRock team, and check out the new space. Small bites and refreshments will be served.

ZenRock Fitness is dedicated to building and extending your foundation of fitness and health through strength and cardiovascular training, flexibility and yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques working in harmony.

Our private rooms offer high-energy, one-on-one training sessions free from distraction. Our knowledgeable trainers can support acute, chronic, and unique limitations. We welcome all bodies and work with you where you are in your fitness journey. Movement is medicine. We look forward to supporting you!
