REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, is holding an interesting and fun online event on Monday, October 13, 2025!

We'll learn a bit about AI, or Artificial Intelligence, and about Leo, an AI-Driven Property Management Assistant. Leo was created by fellow REIA Member Bryan Edelman, the Founder of LandLordOps, to help landlords save time and money by having some of their property management tasks performed by Leo. Leo can handle rent collection, tenant communication and maintenance tracking on autopilot. His mission is to simplify property management and resultantly make owner's lives more stress-free and profitable.
