REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, offers unparalleled excellence in both education and networking for real estate investors. We are a real estate investing club made up of individual investors focused on assignments, wholesaling, flips, lease/options, landlording, rehabs, abandoned properties, probates, foreclosures, REOs, multi-family and commercial properties. Any and all ways to creatively buy, sell and finance properties!

REIA meets on the second Monday of each month for education and networking. All levels of experience are welcome. Membership is not required to attend; a great attitude and an active interest or pursuit of real estate investing is!
