Dough Zone Dumpling House first opened its door in 2014, with owner Jason's initial desire of bringing the Chinese homemade traditions into a modern mix, since then, the restaurant has grown into a chain of seven throughout greater Bellevue area, and it's safe to say that the Puget Sound has fallen in love.
