The 3500 square foot restaurant will seat over 100 inside with an additional 40 outside seats being added as weather permits. Bellevue Lunchbox Laboratory's interior is similar to Seattle's with vintage lunchboxes and eclectic art adorning the walls. The space is warm, yet funky and fun with playful six packs accompanying each table and providing the guest with their ketchup, mustard, napkins and salt & pepper. Large Tang and Kool Aid dispensers create a colorful backdrop to the bar where funky drink concoctions are created and served.

The new restaurant is located in the Elements Building at the former location of Zen Bistro with free street and underground parking available for guests. Hours of operation will be 11am to 11pm Monday through Sunday, serving lunch, dinner and a daily "Kick Ass Hour," "because happy hour is for your mother."
