The Saturday Bellevue Farmers Market opened its 2013 season at a new downtown location on Saturday, June 8. Located on the one-way portion of NE 6th St, on the sidewalk, and spilling over across 106th Street to Compass Plaza at Bellevue Galleria, the new market location offers shoppers a true urban market experience with a quaint, scenic flair.
The Saturday Market hasn't enjoyed a consistent downtown site for some years now. But market organizers have really done it with this new downtown site. The new Saturday Market will surely liven up the 6th Street promenade--connecting Bellevue Galleria and Lincoln Square and Bellevue Square--delighting and entertaining shoppers and visitors alike every Saturday through November.
