Winter soups that are sure to delight!

We've all got a lot going on this winter and the cold weather doesn't make it any better, so why not warm the belly and the soul in one stop? Soup is always the answer. It's warm, tasty and it puts a smile on your face bigger than the presents you received on Christmas.

Here is Bellevue.com's guide to the best soup spots in Bellevue!

Bis On Main
Bis on Main offers different soups every day. Just call ahead to ask what they are serving or just walk in and be surprised by their delicious choices. 

Hours: Lunch starts from 11:30am to 3:30pm and dinner is served from 3:30pm to 9:30pm.

Parking: Main Street can be tough to find a parking spot so Bis offers complimentary valet parking in the back.

Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung has the most authentic dumplings you will ever taste this side of Asia. Not only are they delicious, but they're hand-made right in front of you, just take a peek into the window to see the live action! Just be prepared to wait, this place is always busy, but I promise you the wait is vey much so worth it.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 11am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 10pm, and during the holidays they will be open regular hours.

Parking: Park in Lincoln Square and bring your parking ticket to the restaurant to get validation.

Mediterranean Kitchen
Mediterranean Kitchen has their menu available online, and makes wonderful soups that are famous enough to make you want to come back for more. Try their pinto bean soup or their very popular lentil bean soup.

Hours: Lunch starts from 11am to 2:30pm Monday to Saturday, and dinner is served from 4:30pm to 9:30pm on Sunday to Thursday and from 4:30pm to 10pm Friday and Saturday.

Parking: On the street or in the back.

Kukai Ramen and Izakaya
Kukai Ramen and Izakaya will be where you stop in for Japanese ramen, featuring a chicken broth, a pork broth and a pork-and-chicken broth combo with noodles, pork chasu, vegetables and more. 

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 11am to 2:30pm and 5pm to 9:30pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 9:30pm. 

Parking: Plenty of parking in front of restaurant.

Kukai Ramen and Izakaya -- 14845 Main Street | 425-243-7527

 

Bake's Place
Bake's Place offers a very hearty French onion soup and has been known for their popular roasted red pepper & tomato soup. This is the place for live entertainment and sports in one spot.

Hours: Open for lunch weekdays from 11am to 3pm and for dinner from 5pm to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 5pm to 9pm on Sunday.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available in the parking lot underneath.

99 Park
99 Park uses local ingredients in their amazing soups. Currently they are offering a homemade miso soup with winter squash that really gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling. Or if you're more of an all vegetable soup kind of person then order their roasted acorn squash soup made with fried spaghetti squash, crème fraise and spiced hazelnut.

Hours: Monday to Sunday from 4pm to 11pm.

Parking: Parking is available in front but there's limited spots so if you don't find parking there, there will be parking available on the street as well.
