"What Joseph and Randi have created at 520 is exactly the type of lively, welcoming and unique gathering place we envision for the new Lincoln Square expansion," says Kemper Freeman, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Kemper Development Company. "They understand this community and through their experience on Main Street will be able to create a new gathering place that will welcome both people from around the world and around Puget Sound. We are delighted to offer something unique and special from this local couple who will bring to our community their vision, energy and style."
The new restaurant will join a host of retail and entertainment options servicing the future residents at the 231 luxury apartments, the guest at the 245 room W Bellevue, and the millions of guests visiting The Bellevue Collection annually.
