Saturday marked the 20th Annual Tugboat Championship held at Bellevue Downtown Park. The event is one of the premiere tug competitions in North America and open to all modellers with tug and tow boats. Judging is upon each skippers abilities to tow or tug a barge through a course and "rescue" a salvage boat, tow it to port and dock it. Judges are full scale tug boat skippers.
We tag-teamed with Shawn Barrera of Drones Plus Bellevue to grab some video footage of the tug championship. Shawn brought along the DJI Phantom 3 drone and we brought the GoPro Hero 4 camera. Enjoy the video!
