Just this week City of Bellevue approved the design review application for a high-rise apartment tower in downtown Bellevue. Today, Marc Stiles of PSBJ reports that Bellevue-based Fana Group of Companies is planning a multi-phase, mixed-use project on a nearly one-acre property at the southeast corner of NE 4th Street and 106th Ave NE, where Bellevue Chiropractic and Blueprint Consulting Services now operate.
Construction of two high-rises will be part of the first phase, which may start as soon as next fall. One tower is 22 stories and the second tower 27 stories. One will be a true luxury full-service boutique hotel with around 120 rooms and the other with 275 apartment residences.
