We are only three days into the new year and already a major milestone for Bellevue. Business leader and developer Kemper Freeman and team ushered in 2017 with a ribbon cutting ceremony for The New Lincoln Square. The team is putting the finishing touches on the project and will be opening it up to the public this month!
You read it correctly. This month!
Here's a short video we shot over the weekend driving along Bellevue Way showing a handful of the many businesses and retail that will be coming to the New Lincoln Square.
Started in 2014, the $1.2 billion 1.5 million square-foot expansion of Lincoln Square is on time and on budget. Here are some of the retail and businesses opening soon:
- Soul Cycle
- First-level common area and new six-level, 2,200-car parking garage
- Wild Ginger (moving from The Bravern)
- Taylor Shellfish
- For more details on the timeline of who's opening what, where and when at the New Lincoln Square, read Patti Payne's article in PSBJ.
