Fall in Bellevue means cooler weather and the leaves changing color. It also means time for John Howie Steak's Annual Rare & Well-Done event. Inspired by San Francisco's Whiskey Fest, the event is in its 3rd year and looks to top previous years with a new location--Seastar Restaurant--to complement its great food and drink offerings.

Chef John Howie's team makes sure that the event is open to all vendors and is not exclusive to just the big names in the industry. Focusing on guest experience to ensure that there is something for everyone no matter the palate. Having a wide variety is how they keep the event fresh and is a great way for people to try something new.
This year's attendees can look forward to over 150 varieties of whisky, scotch, and bourbon to choose from and will each receive a Glencairn tasting glass along with personal whiskey journal. Attendees will also get a sneak peak of Wildwoods Dark Door Bourbon that is set to be released in early 2018. So, if you're a fan of Chef Howie's restaurants or want to enjoy some of the best spirits around, this is the event for you.
