T-Mobile has reupped its Bellevue campus lease through 2030 and already broke ground on the Bellevue HQ renovation that will take three years to complete and transform its Bellevue headquarters into a modern, inclusive, personalized, connected and flexible workplace to better support innovation and collaboration among Bellevue-based employees.
Everything from dry-cleaning drop-off, a DIY bike repair station, poke bowls, coffee shops, food hall, third-space areas, modern pedestrian-friendly area reminiscent of The High Line in NYC, and even an onsite gastropub!
Here's a peek behind the scenes at some of the things coming with the Bellevue campus refresh.
Earlier this year the owner of Factoria Mall submitted a master development plan that will incorporate new multi-family residential complex, new hotel, new retail, new open air shopping connection through the existing mall, new and relocated anchor retail stores and pedestrian improvements to the existing 525,948-sf facilities and 43-acre site for the Marketplace Factoria.
