Chick-Fil-A is planning to open a second restaurant in Bellevue. The new Bellevue Chick-Fil-A restaurant will be located at the former space of Jubilee Reach Thrift Store at 2301 148th Ave NE.
Chick-fil-A proposes to remodel the existing building which has approximately 8,000 sf of retail space on the main, ground floor with 2,500 of upstairs mezzanine. According to city records, the new fast-food restaurant will have 136 interior seats with no outdoor dining and no drive-thru.
Chick-Fil-A opened their first restaurant in Washington in downtown Bellevue on April 9, 2015.
The downtown Bellevue restaurant is currently closed for renovations to reconfigure the restaurant site and parking lot to ease ongoing traffic congestion on adjacent streets. The downtown Chick-fil-a will be a drive-dru only restaurant once it reopens.
