Facebook is coming to Bellevue's Spring District. According to PSBJ, Facebook has leased all the space in two office buildings in Bellevue's Spring District. Facebook first signed a 13-year lease for the Spring District's Block 16 in January and recently announced it will lease all the space in Block 24. Since then, Facebook has fully leased out Block 6.
With 865,500 square feet of total office space, all three Facebook towers could accommodate approximately 2,160 to 2,900 talents, although the occupancy allowed by the building code could be higher. Employee estimates are based on the 2014 King County Buildable Lands Report, and assumes approximately 300 to 400-sf per employee in the Bellevue Urban Center.
